Communication with our customers is very important at YOUR WAY.
 
We uphold a high level of communication with our customers in several ways.
  • The first level is through our detailed log sheets. YOUR WAY’s log sheets are sent to each commercial client after a snow or ice event. These logs detail what services we provided, time spent at the property, and the conditions encountered.  This helps our customers know how we are taking care of their properties and avoids any surprises.
      
  • The second level of communication is through our staff. Our dispatcher provides a detailed message on our phone line for clients to call in and hear our plans for handling large snow falls. All of our drivers also have two-way or cellular communication with our office. It is important to us to constantly and efficiently monitor progress. By creating open lines of communication we can minimize errors or miscommunications and remain better informed.

Striving for excellence in service is the back bone of our business plan. From our helpful office staff to our knowledgeable and courteous snow professionals, we are striving to create that terrific experience for our customers. We know and understand that we can not always have the lowest price, but we feel confident we provide the best value.
